About the position

Work with business partners to scope analysis to answer key business questions and challenge their thinking.
Help the business prioritize deliverables and manage expectations.
Perform exploratory analysis of large data sets.
Derive tactical and strategic insights to improve business strategies and accelerate business growth.
Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills towards taking complex and unstructured business problems, and providing structured, hypothesis-driven and data-supported practical solutions.
Have strong empirical and analytical background, with proven ability to combine quantitative and qualitative findings to frame the right questions and measurable insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that provide a better customer experience.
Advocate for specific features based on customer/business feedback and industry trends.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or related field.
Exceptional business judgment and quantitative abilities.
Strong communication skills and experience distilling and presenting complex analyses into committed recommendations.
Strong technical skills in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python/R) and a good understanding of data warehouse architecture.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visually impactful reports and dashboards.
Hypothesis testing and experience with experimentation (A/B testing).
Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application to business scenarios - more specific to surface and communicate business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex information to both technical and non-technical partners.
