About the position
- Responsibilities
- Work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions.
- Apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging consultative skills.
- Understand clients' main challenges and develop solutions that help them reach true business value.
- Create and execute agile plans for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
- Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.
- Develop successful relationships at all levels from engineers to CxOs.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in problem-solving.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across client, partner, and IBM teams.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years' experience in customer-facing communications, requirements analysis, documentation, and report presentations.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Systems Z hardware and software ecosystem, focusing on IBM Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex (GDPS).
- Experience with z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, Networking, and Automation skills.
- Ability to lead customer technical workshops with up to 20+ people.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
- Fluent in English.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge or experience with GDPS, PPRC and DR solution design and procedures.
- Practical SMP/E knowledge.
- Assembler, JCL, REXX and CLIST knowledge.
- IBM System Automation and Red Hat.
- Ansible knowledge.
- Basic RACF knowledge.
