About the position
- Responsibilities
- Overall management of on-site audio visual operations process in a hospitality environment
- Emphasis on event execution, equipment and labor scheduling, personnel management
- Trains, mentors, and coaches direct reports
- Equipment inventory and quality control
- Understand financial reports to inform and facilitate process and profit improvement
- Promote exemplary customer service to both our facility customer/partner, and our mutual end-user clients
- Maintain a professional image, as well as a safe and healthy work environment
- Complete all required daily paperwork, as well as required ON Site training
- Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years' experience with in-house audio visual services
- Background in music, recording, audio visual, computers or related technology fields preferred
- Written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English required. Fluency in a second language is helpful
- Organization skills and attention to detail are essential
- Must have finger dexterity to operate office and audio visual equipment as needed
- Proficiency in basic computer skills must be demonstrated
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Requires physical mobility, including sitting, standing, walking, stooping, climbing, crawling, grasping, writing, repetitive motions, bending, listening, with applicable hearing and vision ability
- Ability to work well under deadlines and high pressure, with excellent problem solving skills
