About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented freelance screenwriter who can craft funny, engaging, compelling, and creative scripts for commercials and social media ads. If you have a knack for storytelling, know how to make a brand’s message stick, and can write scripts that capture attention in 30 to 60 seconds, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop original, high-impact scripts for digital ads.
- Write within existing brand guidelines.
- Write concise, engaging, humorous scripts that resonate and drive action.
- Conceptualize creative approaches that align with the client’s brand and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with our creative team to refine ideas and ensure the script is production-ready.
Requirements:
- Proven experience writing commercial scripts (please provide samples).
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and brand storytelling.
- Ability to work within client guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines without exception.
- Must be a freelancer—we are not looking for agencies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience writing comedic pieces.
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer psychology.
