Job Description:

Blazer Jobs is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in Conroe, TX. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you will help implement therapy programs, support student communication development, and contribute meaningfully to IEP team efforts.

This position is ideal for a compassionate and organized professional who is passionate about working with children and making a direct impact in their daily lives.

Deliver therapy sessions and communication interventions as directed by supervising SLP
Assist in preparing materials and implementing treatment plans
Support documentation of student progress and session notes
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Provide services in group and one-on-one settings, as appropriate
Participate in professional development activities as needed

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active Texas SLPA license
Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting
