- We’re seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to represent clients in civil matters, manage complex legal proceedings, and provide expert counsel. The ideal candidate is a skilled advocate with strong courtroom presence and a deep understanding of civil law and government regulations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies.
- Present evidence and arguments to defend clients in civil litigation.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Summarize and present cases to judges and juries.
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and formal opinions.
- Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of civil laws, court procedures, and legal precedents.
- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in applicable state/province.
- 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
