About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, group, and substance abuse psychotherapy services to clients, as guided by the Clinical Supervisor.
- Conduct formal assessments of client needs using clinical interviews and diagnostic tools.
- Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients, adhering to strength-based, evidence-based best practices.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and make recommendations concerning case disposition.
- Complete agency-required and billing-related communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Actively participate in clinical supervision meetings to meet best practice and licensure standards.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a closely related field is required.
- Active enrollment in a Master's degree program in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
- A written internship agreement between the educational institution and LSS is required.

- Experience in trauma-informed care or family therapy.
