The Role:
As a Case Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients as they navigate the claims process. This is a fully remote position with regular phone communication with clients and virtual collaboration with colleagues.
- You’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding clients through each step of their VA disability claim
- Ensuring deadlines are met and case documentation is accurate and complete
- Drafting letters and appeals for attorney review
- Communicating effectively with attorneys, support staff, and clients
- Collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve shared goals
- What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a legal office is required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication abilities
- Comfortable with technology and remote tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, shared drives, virtual desktops)
- Proficiency in word processing and case management software
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
