Job Description
We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team! This position will be served as Hybrid, the idea candidate will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
- Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly
- Provide mental health therapy for adults, teens, and children.
- Therapists will be able to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and person-centered therapy to individuals, such as Adolescents, youths, couples, and Families with various Mental health-related issues.
- Able to lead group sessions
- Develop and implement service plans
- Provide telehealth therapy
- Some travel may be required
- Qualifications:
- Must be Licensed in the state of MD to provide mental health services as an LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, or preferably LCSW-C
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid clients.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to write proper documentation
