About the Role:
We're hiring a Mandarin-English bilingual Call Center Agent to support full-time remote insurance projects. You’ll help Mandarin-speaking customers by answering questions, verifying information, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in Mandarin and English
- Manage inbound and outbound call volumes professionally
- Adhere to call scripts, project protocols, and data accuracy standards
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Achieve quality and performance goals
- Requirements:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance
- You must provide your own:
- Computer (desktop or laptop)
- USB headset
- Wired high-speed internet
- Quiet and professional remote workspace
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Committed to a full-time work schedule during the project duration
