Bilingual French Customer Support Agent
Location: Hybird – Irvine, CA

- Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 5 days a week (some weekends may be required)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual French Customer Support Agent to provide over-the-phone technical support for our mobile applications. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with setup and usage of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
- Educate users on mobile app functionality
- Document all customer interactions in a case ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Offer suggestions for support process improvements
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in French
- Customer-friendly attitude with excellent service skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Solid knowledge of Apple iOS and Android platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and research solutions
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work both in teams and independently
- Effective documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Education:
- AA degree or higher preferred
