About the position
- Responsibilities
- Accept incoming calls related to requests submitted to Participant Services.
- Resolve issues submitted via mail and tasks, collaborating with other departments.
- Work in multiple types of queues and databases to address inquiries.
- Engage in extensive phone interactions with members and prescribers.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer care and members before pharmacist involvement.
- Requirements
- Valid Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee License in good standing.
- Experience with Windows-based applications.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented and customer service focused.
- Ability to identify process improvements.
- Nice-to-haves
- National Certification (CPhT) preferred.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong research skills with the ability to evaluate and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of diabetic supplies.
- Experience navigating LINKS and Peoplesafe.
