Location: Remote (Europe / USA)

Responsibilities
Develop and formulate nutritional supplements from concept to production
Select effective, high-quality ingredients and determine dosages
Coordinate with manufacturers, labs, and suppliers for sampling and testing
Ensure all formulations meet applicable regulatory standards (FDA, EFSA, etc.)
Create documentation, including Supplement Facts, ingredient breakdowns, and compliance files
Track trends in the supplement space to support innovation and competitive positioning
Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams on go-to-market execution
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in supplement product development
Knowledge of supplement delivery forms (capsules, powders, gummies, liquids, etc.)
Familiarity with U.S. and/or European supplement regulations (e.g., FDA, EFSA)
Experience working with contract manufacturers or formulation labs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in English
Preferred
Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
Experience with clean-label, plant-based, or specialized wellness products
Knowledge of international compliance standards beyond the U.S./EU
