Sales Assistants

Remote – Work from Anywhere

We’re hiring sales team members! Seeking exceptionally detail-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient individuals with a strong passion for marketing. Great opportunity for growth!

    Responsibilities
  • Support business development team
  • Attend client and prospect meetings and manage follow up
  • Maintain tasks and follow ups on Microsoft Planner/Teams
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
  • Maintain CRM database
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Create presentations using PowerPoint, Canva and other software
  • Create and maintain prospective customer lists using ZoomInfo
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls for sales team
  • Create reports and help with QBR data analysis
    Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational & time management skills with attention to details
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions
  • Passion for marketing and advertising industry
  • Willingness to learn
  • Competency in Microsoft Office365
  • Experience in graphic design or Adobe Illustrator is a plus!
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
