About the position
- Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized food truck, including the kitchen, dining area, and exterior.
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and well-being of customers.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist with food preparation, including ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Work effectively in a team environment to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Provide information about our menu and services to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Drive truck from store to desired location.
- Requirements
- Prior experience in the food industry, including food preparation and service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
- Experience with food preparation and service in a café or grocery store environment.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service.
- Knowledge of the food industry and current trends.
- Willingness to help with tasks outside of the kitchen, such as restocking supplies or assisting with maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Willingness to travel with the food truck within GA/FL.
