Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting child engagement. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs, assessing child progress, and collaborating with visiting coordinator to enhance the overall educational experience. Level 4 ECE qualification is preferred to ensure a comprehensive understanding of academic standards and practices in a homebased learning environment.
- Duties
- Develop and deliver play based activities to cater diverse learners.
- Assess children's learning and development through , observations, providing constructive feedback to parents to support their growth.
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages children's participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design learning programs that enrich the educational experience.
- Maintain learning assessments.
- Communicate effectively with , parents, and colleagues regarding Childs learning progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
- Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and stakeholders.
- Ability to create inclusive play and activities that accommodate various learning abilities and cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing activities with minimum of 4 children at one time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.59 - $27.20 per hour
