- Responsibilities
- Ensure BPM solutions on the Pega platform meet business needs across all channels.
- Develop reusable and scalable solutions for Omni solutions and Journey orchestration.
- Maintain system operations in an active-active model without downtime.
- Lead a team to support complex initiatives in development and production cycles.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects with technical complexity.
- Leverage experience in architecture and DevOps tools for transformation initiatives.
- Conduct research and development on future technologies for payment and collection.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Application Architect, or in a related position.
- 5 years of experience in application development on the Pega platform.
- Experience with Pega PRPC, AWS Services, Java, J2EE, Java Script, PLSQL, and Pega Tracer.
