Job Title: Virtual Receptionist Team Leader Job ID : IOHVRTLEG Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (1-hour break, two 15-minute breaks) Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Offer: $1000/month Job Summary: You will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Virtual Receptionists, ensuring they deliver exceptional service while meeting performance targets. Your leadership will contribute to the overall success of our organization by fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: β’ Supervise and lead a team of Virtual Receptionists, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure team success. β’ Monitor and evaluate team performance β’ Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance β’ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges. β’ Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. β’ Handle escalated customer issues and complex inquiries, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively. β’ Collaborate with other team members to share customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes. β’ Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and key metrics for management review. β’ Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Qualifications: β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. β’ Proven experience in a call center environment β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong problem-solving abilities β’ Proficiency in call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop team members. β’ Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
