Mortgage Loan Originator
We are seeking licensed Mortgage Loan Originators in Illinois who are looking to grow their pipeline with the support of a flexible lending platform. This opportunity is suitable for experienced professionals who want the ability to work independently while having access to tools and programs that help close loans efficiently.
Position Overview:
As a Loan Originator, you will manage the end-to-end mortgage process, communicate directly with clients, and work closely with processing and compliance support teams. You can work from your own location within Illinois.
- Responsibilities:
- Originate residential mortgage loans and manage the loan process from start to finish
- Maintain regular communication with borrowers, referral partners, and support staff
- Collect and review all necessary documents to ensure compliance
- Stay current on guidelines and lending policies
