Job Description
We’re a fast-growing, US-based e-commerce brand looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support customer service and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role starts at 15–20 hours per week with the opportunity to increase as we continue to grow. We care more about quality work and accountability than strict schedules — we’re results-focused and value initiative.

This is an individual role — we are not hiring agencies or anyone working under an agency.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly via Reamaze
Manage customer orders in Shopify (e.g., refunds, shipping updates, delivery issues)
Monitor order status and resolve basic support inquiries
Assist with admin tasks and keep projects organized using Slack
Maintain accurate records and help optimize internal workflows
Bring outside-the-box thinking to improve customer service and propose new ideas or strategies for a better customer experience
✅ Requirements
Excellent written English and communication skills
Proven experience managing customer support for Shopify stores
Comfortable using Reamaze, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, and Shopify
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and consistent follow-through on tasks
Must check in on Slack twice daily:
Once during your shift to update us on your focus
Again at the end of your day with a short summary of what was completed
Nice to Have
Experience supporting direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and suggest improvements without being asked
Self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly
Schedule & Communication
Hours: 15–20 hours/week to start, with potential to expand
Flexible schedule, but you must actively monitor Reamaze throughout the day and reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner
You don’t need to be online all day, but responsiveness during US business hours (Pacific or Eastern Time) is strongly preferred.
