We are a digital management agency looking for skilled chat support specialists to engage with fans on behalf of our creators. The role involves high-volume messaging, maintaining a fun and personable tone, and encouraging stronger connections with fans.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily text-based conversations with fans and followers
Keep interactions engaging, friendly, and personalized
Encourage fans to participate in exclusive content and premium interactions
Handle multiple conversations at once while staying consistent in tone
Collaborate with management to refine messaging strategies
Requirements:
Native-level written English (10/10 fluency)
Strong creativity and emotional intelligence in communication
Ability to multitask and manage a high number of chats
Previous experience in online chatting, sales, or fan engagement is a plus
Availability for full-time shifts (8 hours/day, 5–6 days a week)
