SAP Data Entry Specialist - Customer Master Short-Term Contract Brooksource is a looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated SAP Data Entry Specialist to support our Specialty Distribution client and support their Customer Master domain. Responsibilities: β’ Accurately enter and update customer data in the SAP system. β’ Maintain and manage customer master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency. β’ Verify and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely updates. β’ Generate and analyze reports to identify and correct data issues. β’ Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and guidelines. β’ Provide support for data migration and integration projects. β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and data management standards. Qualifications: β’ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. β’ Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the SAP environment. β’ Familiarity with Customer Master data management. β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: β’ Experience with SAP modules related to Customer Master data. β’ Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles. β’ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
