We are seeking dedicated and innovative Online Middle and High School Teachers to deliver engaging, asynchronous instruction to students in a virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate will create and facilitate an interactive, supportive online classroom that fosters student success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively reaching out to support learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online learning community.
- Integrate spiritual formation into instruction, encouraging character development and ethical decision-making.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and support staff to ensure academic success.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate instruction.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level and subject.
- Experience in online teaching and familiarity with best practices for virtual education.
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
