Reporting Line: Reports directly to Sales Director

Location: Malaysia

General Purpose:
Drive both B2B sales through Introducing Brokers (IBs)

Specific Objectives (~12 months):

Within the first 3โ€“6 months, establish a client base generating at least $50,000 per month in deposits, based on initial book estimation.

Key Activities:

Organize and participate in seminars, events, and meetings with Introducing Brokers (IBs).

Identify IBsโ€™ pain points and develop tailored solutions and unique offers.

Strengthen relationships with IBs to increase business share and long-term collaboration.

Key Competences:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability.

In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings.

Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
