Account Executive (Mid-Market SaaS, eCommerce) • This role is only for people residing and with eligibility to work in the USA or Canada. OTE 160K to 180K 50/50 (meaning base is 80-90k and commission is 80-90k) - commensurate to experience • This is an IC role. About the Role We are expanding our global sales team and looking for someone who knows how to close deals. You will be responsible for selling Trustana’s SaaS product data management and eCommerce integration solutions to mid-market retailers and brands.
Our clients use Trustana to organize their product data, improve conversion rates, and scale online operations. This role is not about high-volume outreach. It is about understanding customer workflows, identifying real problems, and managing a consultative sales process from the first meeting to a signed agreement. What You Will Do • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and closing. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market clients across retail, FMCG, fashion, and beauty.
• Identify key decision makers in merchandising, eCommerce, and data teams. • Run discovery sessions to understand pain points and show how Trustana can improve their operations. • Work with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales materials. • Share insights from clients to help improve our product and messaging. What We Are Looking For • At least three years of experience selling SaaS solutions with a record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals. • A strong understanding of eCommerce and retail systems such as PIM, ERP, or OMS.
• Experience managing long and consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders. • The ability to translate technical features into clear business outcomes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders. • A network in retail or consumer brands is a plus.
