We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team.
Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling both our insurance staffing services and our SaaS platform to independent insurance agencies and brokers. You’ll identify client needs, build strong relationships, and provide solutions that help agencies grow their business. This position is salary plus an uncapped commission plan. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, product knowledge, and industry expertise. THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HUNTER MENTALITY. You will be ACTIVELY SEEKING OUT AND SECURING NEW BUSINESS. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE SELLING TO BUSINESS B2B PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct cold and warm calls to potential clients, presenting our products and services effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product benefits and value propositions.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends to stay ahead of competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with insurance agencies.
- Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions tailored to agency workflows.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Required Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
- 5+ years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred, insurance or SaaS sales a plus).
- References from past leaders highlighting your sales experience will be requested
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and/or staffing solutions strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software to track leads and opportunities.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong business development acumen with experience in B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market data and making informed decisions.
