Facilitate class discussions and encourage critical thinking and analysis. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of art and art history. Support and guide students in their academic and professional development. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in the curriculum. Conduct research and contribute to the scholarly community through publications and presentations. Maintain regular office hours and be available for student consultations and support.

Participate in department meetings and workshops to contribute to the overall improvement of the program. Adhere to the university's policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism. Foster a positive and respectful relationship with students, colleagues, and university staff. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and make necessary improvements. Act as a mentor and role model for students, inspiring them to pursue their passions in the field of art and art history.
