Provides administrative support. Essential Functions β’ Provides administrative support for a department ensuring the flow of pertinent information that pertains to vendor invoices, vendor contracts, etc. β’ Researches, organizes and executes special projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. β’ Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School diploma/GED. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum Experience Four (4) years of administrative related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., CRT, 10-key by touch). Good oral and written communication skills. Good human relation skills.
