Administrative & HR Support Specialist to support daily operations within a healthcare environment. This role combineshands-on HR administration, recruiting support, and general administrative coordination to ensure smooth staffing, compliance, and employee experience across departments.
The ideal candidate has prior
- HR or administrative experience in healthcare, understands payroll and benefits workflows, and is comfortable coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support
- Supportpayroll administration, including reviewing timecards and approving PTO requests
- Assistwithbenefits administration, ensuring new hires are enrolled in offered programs and handling employee communicationsregardingbenefits
- Coordinatenew hire onboarding, including:
- Ensuring completion of all required paperwork
- Confirming I-9 documentation
- Entering employees into the payroll system
- Communicating policies and procedures
- Maintain and update the employee handbookas policies evolve
- Coordinate and trackdaily staffing coverageacross departments
- Act as a liaison with the credentialing teamfor provider payer contracts
- Assistwithemployment agreements and related documentation
- Coordinateincentive program sand calculate earned bonuses for staff Recruiting Support
- Assistwithrecruiting effortsfornew staff
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring workflows Administrative & Operational Support
- Performadditionaladministrative duties as assigned
- Supportschedule oversight and coordination
- Assist with organizing and schedulingdepartmental meetings
- Maintainaccuraterecords and documentation across HR and operations Qualifications
- Prior experience inHR administration or administrative support, preferably in ahealthcare setting
- Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with employment documentation and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainconfidentiality
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating across departments Preferred Experience
- Healthcare HR or clinic operations background
- Experience with credentialing or provider contracting processes
- Recruiting or staffing coordination experience
