Job Description
ABA Squad is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company providing high-quality services to children and families. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership, HR, and daily operations, ensuring the organization runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate events and conference logistics (e.g., ABA conferences)
- Assist with creation and organization of marketing materials
- Post content on social media
- Communicate with vendors
- Request quotes, compare pricing, and make approved business purchases
- Assist with onboarding paperwork (offer letters, documents, checklists)
- Track employee documentation (licenses, RBT certifications, expirations)
- Maintain HR files and compliance records
- Send reminders for credential renewals, missing onboarding items, and annual trainings
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets
- Prepare basic HR reports (turnover, hires, etc.)
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records (insurance info, employee data, etc.)
- Maintain trackers and spreadsheets
- Prepare and format documents (forms, templates, letters)
- Support internal communications (announcements, reminders)
Skills
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy
- Experience in HR
- Experience in healthcare or ABA
- Experience supporting leadership
