Join the Starbucks Team as an Administrative Assistant


We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our License Stores team in the Carolinas. As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced administrative support, handle confidential and complex information, and exercise independent judgment to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, screening phone calls, and composing correspondence

  • Act as a point of contact for the business unit, answering questions and directing requests to appropriate partners

  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, conferences, and department activities

  • Direct and execute complex administrative projects, including budget coordination, research, and data analysis

  • Utilize advanced technical skills to create dynamic presentation materials and reports

  • Provide support for department hiring managers, new partner setup, and immersion activities

  • Schedule executive travel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Act as a peer leader to the administrative team, advising on company policies and procedures


Requirements:



  • Adaptability, collaboration, and excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual tools

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments
