The Senior Administrative Assistant for the Roastery & Reserve team at Starbucks plays a crucial role in providing advanced administrative support to executives within a dynamic and innovative business unit. - Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support to executives in the Roastery & Reserve business unit. ,
- Represent the office of the executive with high customer service and interpersonal skills. ,
- Support leaders and admin teams to improve productivity and morale. ,
- Host and facilitate team meetings, conferences, and department activities.
- Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or 4 or more years of US military service. ,
- 5 or more years of experience in administrative assistant or coordinator roles. ,
- Ability to apply multidisciplinary business principles to achieve successful outcomes. ,
- Demonstrates confidence, composure, and professionalism. ,
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects. ,
- Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing. ,
- Ability to interact effectively at multiple organizational levels. ,
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ,
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. ,
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making. ,
- Knowledge of general office administration and procedures.
