We are looking for a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. Β Administrative Support:
Β Manage and coordinate schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Β Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Β Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Β Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Β Assist with the preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices.
Β Office Management:
Β Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Β Oversee office equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs or service requests.
Β Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Β Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing office events or meetings.
Β Customer and Client Interaction:
Β Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
Β Manage and respond to inquiries or requests in a timely and courteous fashion.
Β Provide support for customer service or client-related tasks as needed.
Β Project Assistance:
Β Support various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations.
Β Coordinate with team members and departments to facilitate project execution.
Β Track project progress and assist with project documentation.
Β Data Management:
Β Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or other management systems.
Β Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
Β Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Β Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Β Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Β Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Β Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Β Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Β Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
Β Experience with project management tools and software.
Β Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
Β Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
Β Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages is a plus
