  • Manage and respond to incoming emails in a professional, warm, and timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients, collaborators, and contacts.
  • Track conversations and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Assist with coordination related to upcoming book releases, including communication with publishers or partners.
  • Support planning and logistics for Goddess Retreats, including coordination around meals, vendors, and schedules.
  • Help organize and coordinate public speaking engagements, schedules, and related communication.
  • Conduct light research as needed (venues, vendors, publishers, retreat logistics).
  • Maintain organized records, contact lists, and project trackers.
  • Help structure and track timelines across multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to online schools and certification programs.
    Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or coordination roles.
  • Strong email management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with clear direction.
  • Experience supporting authors, coaches, speakers, or retreat-based businesses is a plus.
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive.
  • Must have clear written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native accent required).
