Key Responsibilities β’ Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. β’ Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations. β’ Maintain filing systems and organize documents for client projects. β’ Conduct research to support candidate sourcing and client needs. β’ Provide general administrative assistance to executive search professionals. β’ Communicate with clients and candidates to ensure a professional experience. β’ Assist in planning company events, meetings, and virtual or in-person workshops. Requirements β’ Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. β’ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. β’ Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently or as part of a team. β’ Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
