Administrative/Virtual Assistant – Baltimore, MD

- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Organize and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Record accurate meeting minutes.
- Handle various forms of correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Assist in generating reports as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Update and enforce office procedures.
- Procure office supplies and research vendors.
- Keep contact lists up to date.
- Arrange travel arrangements efficiently.
- Process and reconcile expense reports promptly.
