Overview
We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team at Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization. This hybrid position involves recruiting qualified students for academic programs while providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
In Short
Ā Recruit qualified students for college programs.
Ā Provide information and assistance regarding enrollment.
Ā Conduct interviews and schedule appointments with potential students.
Ā Make outbound calls to interested prospects.
Ā Follow up on inquiries and assist with the admissions process.
Ā Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
Ā Maintain accurate records of admissions activities.
Ā Participate in training and meetings as required.
Ā Mentor students to identify their skills and interests.
Ā Work in a hybrid environment with both on-campus and remote tasks.
Requirements
Ā Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
Ā Strong consultative sales and recruiting experience preferred.
Ā Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ā Associates Degree or higher required.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ā Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
