A Home for Seniors is offering a rare opportunity for experienced healthcare and senior living professionals to step out of the corporate employment and build their own territory based business with the support of a national platform and be eligible for 40% equity. This is business partnership opportunity designed for professionals who already understand the senior care referral ecosystem and want to control their own income and future.

A Home for Seniors is an independent senior living placement and referral organization built by industry veterans. We help families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives by matching seniors with the right Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Residential Care options.

We are growing and expanding into new markets and are selectively bringing on experienced senior living professionals to operate and grow exclusive territories.

The Opportunity (Read Carefully)

This is a territory-based partnership opportunity for experienced professionals who already understand senior placements and know how to generate referrals.

    What You Receive:
  • 60% commission on all senior placements you close
  • 40% equity position on the future sale of your territory
  • Exclusive territory (zip-code based)
  • Turnkey onboarding, contracts, systems, and training
  • Full autonomy to build and operate your local market
  • Back-end support, guidance, and brand credibility

Who This Is For

    We are only interested in candidates who already have industry experience, such as:
  • Senior Living Placement Advisors
  • Admissions Directors
  • Community Relations / Marketing Directors
  • Home Health or Hospice Business Development professionals
  • Healthcare or Senior Care Sales Professionals
  • Nurses or Social Workers with referral relationships

If you already know how and where to get referrals, this opportunity allows you to monetize that experience at a much higher level.

    What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage referral relationships in your territory
  • Conduct senior assessments and family consultations
  • Match seniors to appropriate communities
  • Coordinate placements with senior living providers
  • Grow and protect the long-term value of your territory
  • Operate your business independently under our trade marked brand
    Compensation & Upside
  • 60% commission per successful placement
  • Average placement commissions range widely based on market
  • 40% equity position in the future sale of your territory if you ever exit

    Requirements
  • Prior experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, or placements
  • Existing referral network strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable operating independently
  • High integrity and professionalism
