Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Adobe Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in both platform operations and technical development. This role will play a key part in optimizing system workflows, integrating Marketo with Salesforce and other CRM systems, improving lead scoring and nurturing programs, building full-funnel performance tracking, and enabling data-driven decisions through advanced reporting and visualization. Building, testing, and monitoring automated programs (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.) 3. Optimizing data synchronization and integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) 4. Designing, maintaining, and enhancing lead scoring and nurturing strategies 5. Implementing closed-loop tracking of leads through to opportunities and closed deals 6. Building and maintaining funnel analytics and performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Marketo Insight) 7. Providing technical support and training to internal teams on Marketo best practices Requirements Must-Haves: 1.
2+ years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience, especially in B2B marketing scenarios 2. Strong understanding of Salesforce-Marketo integration and sync logic 3. Proficiency in core Marketo features: Smart Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Dynamic Content, Program Templates 4. Basic programming skills (HTML, JavaScript, Webhooks, REST API) 5. Experience in building marketing performance reports and dashboards 6. Excellent communication skills in English Nice-to-Haves: 1. Adobe Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification 2.
