About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing real-time audience segmentation, customer profiles, and data activation strategies. Your work will enable highly personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize Adobe RT-CDP for audience segmentation and activation.
  • Integrate RT-CDP with internal and external systems (CRM, analytics, email, media platforms, etc.) to enable seamless data flow.
  • Build and maintain unified customer profiles by leveraging first-, second-, and third-party data.
  • Develop and execute audience strategies for personalized, real-time marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and governance best practices within RT-CDP.

Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to align data activation strategies with business goals.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually improve targeting and engagement.

Stay informed on Adobe RT-CDP feature updates and evolving customer data platform trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe RT-CDP in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and data activation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and integrations with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Experience with marketing technology integrations (CRM, ESPs, analytics tools, ad platforms).
  • Strong understanding of customer data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
