From uncovering the next clinical breakthrough, to rapid and reliable sample analysis, to more rigorous decision making – we're enabling clinicians to deliver the best possible care to their patients with improved efficiency, clinical confidence, adaptive collaboration, and accelerated intelligence. **About the Role** We're seeking an Advanced Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Technical Support Organization (CTSO) in Miami, Florida. This is a remote work opportunity, where you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll provide technical support to our customers through telephone and other forms of communication, including email and video conference.
