Voyager Wellness Foundation (VWF) is a California nonprofit exploring how ethical AI, calm digital design, and playful, game-inspired systems can support everyday well-being, patient engagement, and preventive care.
- We are building lightweight digital tools that encourage reflection, movement, and healthier routines between medical visits, complementing the work of physicians, psychologists, therapists, and other care professionals.

- *What We’re Looking For:**
- *We’re looking to connect with volunteer advisors who are open to sharing feedback and perspective in areas:**
- **Healthcare & Wellness, clinicians, therapists, digital health practitioners**
- **Behavioral Science, habit formation, motivation, well-being research**
- **Game Design & Engagement Systems**
- gamification that doesn’t feel manipulative or addictive
- progression systems (levels, companions, unlocks) for real-life habits
- cozy / calm / “slow game” design (vs high-stimulation loops)
- balancing intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation
- designing for long-term engagement, not dopamine spikes
- **Digital Health Product Design, bridging UX, behavior, and care systems**
- **AI Governance / Responsible AI, ethical design and system oversight**
- **Security & Privacy, privacy-by-design, data protection**
- **Community & Engagement, partnerships, user communities, adoption**
