Location: 100% Remote (Europe or South America based)
Schedule: Freelance/Contract. Must overlap with US West Coast hours (at least 4 PM - 8 PM CET) for key strategy meetings.
To make this gamified e-commerce platform explode at launch, our client needs the internet talking about it. We are looking for a charismatic hustler to build and maintain affiliate and influencer networks. You aren't just sending boilerplate emails; you are building relationships, negotiating deals, and turning creators of all sizes into evangelists for the brand.
- Your Quests (What You’ll Do):
- Lead targeted influencer outreach, identifying the perfect voices to hype our unique auction experience.
- Negotiate and onboard everyone from hungry micro-influencers (~50k followers) to massive internet titans (1M+ followers).
- Take charge of affiliate platforms, ensuring offers are competitive, visible, and driving high-quality traffic.
- Manage creator relationships, ensuring they have the assets, support, and motivation to perform.
- Track, measure, and optimize. You will monitor conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and traffic quality to ensure every single partnership delivers massive ROI.
- Jump into ad hoc partner management tasks as needed - this is a startup, and we do what it takes to win.
- Your Arsenal (What You Bring):
- A proven track record of finding, pitching, and negotiating with influencers across the spectrum within high-risk industries.
- Familiarity with the US culture and landscape - your main target.
- Exceptional people skills - you know how to talk to talent, manage egos, and build genuine hype.
- Data drive!
- Experience managing large-scale affiliate networks and platforms.
- The grit and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup, starting as an executor with the ambition to eventually build out your own team.
