Role Overview: As Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through strategic affiliate partnerships. You will manage and grow a network of affiliates, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a proactive, data-driven professional with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of US sports.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and player acquisition • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners from sports betting backgrounds • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI • Ensure compliance with advertising and other regulations across the US • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, creative assets, and tracking solutions • Negotiate competitive commission structures and maintain strong partner relationships
Required Skills &
