Immediate goal is to get tons of LOCAL (MD/DC/VA) phone calls from the best performing sources such as Meta Ads (Sales Funnel Form + Calendar Booking), Cold SMS, Cold EMail, List building/ scrapping (i.e. Apollo.io, Cleverly.co, SmartLead.ai, Clay.com, Jeeva.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Long-term goal is to leverage organic Local SEO such as ranking Top 3 in the Google Map Pack, getting high-domain authority DA90 backlinks through blogging and joint articles. Status: Website on GHL (CRM), 10 5-star reviews on GBP, Meta Ads account started (approx. $50/day ad budget). Need: Human expert(s) (“fractional CMO” + VA) to make efficient use of our marketing budget. Data-driven decisions. Reporting such as Semrush/ AHREFs, to tweak, optimize, and fix.
