AI Agent Developer Needed – Social Media Automation & Lead Management (Marketing Agency) Job Description We are a digital marketing & IT agency looking to build AI-powered agents to automate and enhance our internal social media management and lead generation workflows. We are seeking an AI Automation / AI Agent Developer who can design, build, and deploy practical, production-ready AI agents. Project Scope 1️⃣ Social Media AI Agent
The agent should be capable of: • Creating social media content ideas, captions, hashtags, and hooks • Supporting static posts, carousels, and reel concepts • Maintaining brand tone based on provided guidelines • Managing content calendars • Scheduling posts (via Meta Business Suite / Buffer or similar tools) • Assisting with basic engagement: • Auto-replies to safe comments • Flagging sensitive or negative comments • Human-in-the-loop approval before publishing Platforms: • Instagram • Facebook • LinkedIn --- 2️⃣ Lead Generation & WhatsApp AI Agent
The second agent should: • Capture leads from social media DMs, forms, or campaigns • Qualify leads using a predefined flow • Store leads in bolthires Sheets / CRM • Manage WhatsApp conversations: • Auto-responses • Follow-bolthires • Handover to human team when required --- ## Technical Expectations You should be comfortable with: • LLMs (OpenAI / Claude / Gemini) • AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar) • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) • API integrations • Prompt engineering & memory/context handling • Human-in-the-loop workflows Bonus (Not Mandatory): • Experience with social media APIs • CRM integrations • Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) • Dashboard or admin panel setup --- What We Will Provide • Clear use cases and workflows • Brand guidelines and sample content • Access to required tools/accounts • Ongoing collaboration for improvements --- ## Deliverables • Fully functional AI agents • Setup documentation • Prompt structures • Basic training for our internal team • Scalable system we can reuse for multiple clients • Need complete access to entire code/account/etc related to my project.
