Role Overview:
This is a hybrid mentorship and implementation role. You will serve as both an AI automation coach and agent builder, helping develop advanced customer-facing and internal-use AI agents while teaching the client the underlying systems through bi-weekly live Zoom sessions.
The ideal candidate is equally skilled at technical execution and practical teaching, with the ability to work autonomously between sessions to accelerate progress. Familiarity with lesser-known platforms and custom API integrations is essential.
Engagement Structure
Live Coaching: Bi-weekly Zoom sessions (60–90 mins), screenshare format
Solo Development: Able to work independently to meet aggressive timelines
Communication: Ongoing async updates via Google Chat, Slack, or email between sessions
Project 1: Winery Chat Agent MVP (Customer-Facing)
Goal:
Develop a robust, intelligent website agent that interacts with visitors, answers frequently asked questions, and integrates with key systems to retrieve customer-specific data.
MVP Use Cases and Features
General Customer Support
FAQs about the winery, tasting experiences, winemaker, and brand story
Detailed wine information including:
Tasting notes
Food pairings
Ideal drinking windows
Winemaking practices
Winery appointment and experience descriptions
General guidance about wine club structures and assistance on joining
Shipping, returns, bottle replacement policy, gifting, etc.
Knowledge Base Integration
Connect to internal knowledge base (Airtable, Google Docs, etc.)
Populate with:
Product sheets
Club structure docs
Experience FAQs
Internal winery SOPs or customer service protocols
Wine descriptions and critic ratings
Should support real-time lookups and natural-language querying
System Integrations
Commerce7 (E-Commerce Platform)
Query product catalog for inventory and wine info
Look up recent orders by email or order number
View and return:
Order status
Order contents
Purchase history
Trigger cart creation and return cart links if needed
Requires custom API and webhook implementation (due to limited native tooling)
Go High Level (CRM)
Match visitor input to CRM contact records
Update contact notes with conversation transcripts
Pull in marketing campaign and email engagement activity (optional)
Wineshipping.com (Fulfillment Partner)
Query fulfillment and tracking status for specific order numbers
Return live shipment data (carrier, tracking, delivery ETA, etc.)
Requires API authentication and webhook polling or querying for updates
Tools Preferred (But Flexible)
n8n or make.com (preferred orchestrators)
OpenAI API
Webhook & REST API expertise
Airtable, Google Docs, for knowledge base
Supabase or Firebase (for historical query caching)
Success Metrics
MVP agent can handle 80% of typical customer and wine club inquiries with accuracy
Agent can retrieve live order status via Commerce7 and Wineshipping integration
Jason can understand and adjust workflows created, or hand off to others with minimal retraining

Documentation + guidance for agent modification
Bi-weekly coaching and shared learning pathway
Who You Are
Expert in n8n, Make.com, Voiceflow, or comparable tools
Experienced with custom API integration and webhook handling
Familiar with LLM agent frameworks (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Able to work with non-mainstream platforms like Commerce7
Clear communicator who can teach while building
Bonus: Experience working with wineries, e-commerce, or hospitality brands
