Job Description
I’m looking for an experienced AI Automation / AI Systems Developer to design and build an end-to-end automated system that generates bolthires videos for a financial education channel focused on new stock market investors. This is a new bolthires channel built around evergreen financial content, designed to educate beginners while naturally promoting a paid stock-picks service my business offers (monthly stock recommendations). The automation should research, write, produce, and package videos on-brand, inspired by the tone and structure of this channel: • * Project Goal Create a scalable AI-driven workflow that can: - Research financial topics from trusted financial/news sources - Generate high-quality, evergreen scripts - Produce fully edited bolthires-ready videos - Generate click-worthy thumbnails - Maintain consistent branding, tone, and educational depth - Naturally pitch my stock-pick service without sounding salesy
This system will be used long-term, so clean architecture, documentation, and scalability matter.
• * Scope of Work 1. Content Research Automation
The system should pull and synthesize information from: - Specific financial/news sources (to be provided) - General online financial research - Provided internal business data (service details, stocks historical performance) Must: - Avoid hype or misleading financial claims - Focus on educational, long-term investing principles - Be suitable for evergreen content (not news-only) 2. Script Writing & Content Structuring Scripts should: - Be beginner-friendly but intellectually serious - Explain why things work, not just what to buy - Follow a clear narrative structure (hook → explanation → examples → takeaway) - Include a soft, natural mention of the monthly stock-picks service - Match the calm, analytical, documentary-style tone of How Money Works 3.
Video Generation
The automation should generate: - AI voiceover indistinguishable from a real human - Visuals (premium stock footage, charts, animations, content from other sources without violating copyrights - as the model channel does it) - Proper pacing and retention-focused structure - bolthires-ready video format (16:9, bolthires+) - Tools/tech stack is flexible (Pictory, Runway, After Effects automation, custom pipelines, etc.) as long as quality is high. 4. Thumbnail Generation Thumbnails must: - Be automatically generated - Be consistent in branding (fonts, colors, style).
Branding kit will be provided - Use finance-appropriate imagery (charts, symbols, concepts) - Be curiosity-driven but not clickbait - Be optimized for bolthires CTR 5. Brand & Compliance Awareness
The system must: - Stay on brand (educational, calm, analytical, trustworthy) - Avoid financial misinformation - Support disclaimers where appropriate - Be suitable for monetization and long-term channel growth • * Deliverables - Fully functional AI automation workflow - Ability to generate videos end-to-end with minimal manual input - Editable prompt templates and logic - Documentation explaining: • How to run the system • How to adjust tone, sources, or branding - Provide ability for ongoing support • * Ideal Candidate You are: - Experienced with AI automation pipelines - Comfortable with LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration - Familiar with financial content standards - Skilled in video generation tools - Detail-oriented about branding and consistency - Able to think like a content strategist, not just a developer • * Nice-to-Have - Experience with bolthires automation projects - Experience with finance or investing-related content - Understanding of bolthires retention and CTR optimization - Ability to suggest improvements to the content strategy • * Please include: - A brief explanation of how you’d architect this automation - Relevant past projects (especially AI video or bolthires automation) - Tools/technologies you recommend using and why - Estimated timeline and bolthires range
