Job Description
I’m looking for an experienced automation developer to help build an AI-driven lead intake, follow-up, and booking system for my electrical business.
The system needs to connect Thumbtack, Retell AI, n8n, and Housecall Pro into one workflow so new leads can be contacted quickly, qualified, and either booked automatically or escalated to me when needed.
What I need this system to do:
- Capture new leads from Thumbtack
- Trigger an immediate AI-driven response by phone call and/or text
- Use Retell AI for inbound and outbound customer conversations
- Qualify leads based on project type, urgency, location, and job details
- Sync customer information into Housecall Pro
- Offer appointment times and help book jobs
- Escalate certain leads or situations to me manually when needed
- Log call summaries, lead notes, and outcomes
- Build the workflow inside n8n
- Make the system reliable, clean, and easy to maintain
Ideal candidate has experience with:
- Retell AI
- n8n
- Housecall Pro API / webhooks / workflow automation
- Thumbtack lead workflows or similar lead source integrations
- AI voice agents, SMS automation, and booking logic
- CRM syncing and exception handling
