WHO WE ARE
Arclight Content is an AI-powered production and technology company, and we control
a portfolio of rapidly growing businesses — including a real estate AI platform,
medical clinics, addiction treatment facilities, and cannabis consulting operations.
Every brand we operate is being rebuilt around AI infrastructure. We move fast, we
use the best tools available, and we give the right people access to all of them.
This is an early position at a company scaling across multiple industries. The person
we hire now is not just filling a role — they're getting in early, with a clear path
to more responsibility, higher pay, and eventually management over junior team members
as we grow.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
Think: AI-Powered Developer meets Operations Generalist.
You'll spend most of your time building — websites, automations, pipelines, internal
tools — using AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Cursor to work faster than any
single person normally could. The rest of your time is spent on the operational grunt
work that keeps multiple brands running: scheduling, posting, inbox triage, research,
and keeping projects organized.
This is NOT a writing job. NOT a "use ChatGPT to summarize emails" job. We need
someone who leverages AI the way a developer does — to build things, connect systems,
and automate processes that used to require three people.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
DEVELOPMENT & BUILDS
- Build professional websites from client briefs — we get requests constantly and need
someone who can take a brief and ship a clean, functional site
- Comfortable with WordPress + Elementor is a plus, but we're open to your preferred
stack — show us what you can deliver
- Front-end and back-end work: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python — you don't need to
be a senior engineer, but you need to read, edit, and ship code confidently with AI
assistance (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- API integrations into sites and internal tools
- Domain setup, hosting, deployment — Vercel, cPanel, Cloudflare
AUTOMATIONS & AGENTIC WORKFLOWS
- Build multi-step automations in n8n, Make.com, or Zapier connected to AI model APIs
- Set up pipelines that replace manual work: transcription routing, lead intake, content
scheduling, inbox processing, report generation
- Integrate Claude, Gemini, Kimi, GLM, and Minimax APIs into functional workflows
- Use Claude Code or Cursor as your primary build environment — we expect you to know
these tools, not learn them on our time
VA / OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Content posting, social scheduling, light inbox management across brands
- AI-assisted research and competitive analysis tasks
- Keep multiple projects organized — Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or whatever works
- As you grow: help onboard and delegate to junior virtual assistants
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have:
✅ Portfolio of websites or tools you personally built — links required in proposal
✅ Real, demonstrated use of Claude Code, Cursor, or an AI coding assistant to
build something functional — be specific in your proposal
✅ Experience building and connecting automations in n8n, Make.com, or Zapier with
real API integrations
✅ Comfortable reading and editing Python, JavaScript, or PHP with AI assistance
✅ Available for overlap with US Eastern Time (EST)
✅ Strong written English — clear, direct, no fluff
✅ Self-directed: you get a brief and figure out the rest
Strong Bonus:
⭐ Supabase, Vercel, or similar backend/hosting platform experience
⭐ Basic Next.js or React familiarity
⭐ GitHub / version control comfort
⭐ WordPress + Elementor experience specifically
⭐ Multi-model AI experience — running Claude, Gemini, and Kimi together in the
same workflow
⭐ Any background in healthcare, real estate, or regulated industries

A WORD ON YOUR PROPOSAL
We use AI tools every day. Use them to polish your proposal — we expect that.
But we've reviewed hundreds of applications. We know exactly what ChatGPT and Claude
output when asked to answer freelance job application questions. Generic responses with
no specifics — no real project names, no real tools, no actual outcomes — get skipped
immediately. We will know.
Use AI to organize and polish. Supply the substance yourself. That balance is the
exact skill we are hiring for.

describe your specific role and what tools/stack you used.
2. Describe one automation or agentic workflow you've built — what was the problem,
what tools did you connect, and what did it actually do?
3. Tell us specifically how you have used Claude Code, Cursor, or another AI coding
assistant to build something real. Tool name, what you built, what happened.
